Questions about a tiffin subscription, a PG or hostel booking, a payment, a refund or your Tifstay wallet.

Please include your registered phone number and, if it is about an order, the booking or subscription reference from the app. It saves a round trip.

Reporting a problem with a partner

If a meal did not arrive, a property was not as listed, or you were asked to pay outside the app, tell us. Email or WhatsApp us with the booking reference and we will look into it. Paying a partner outside Tifstay is never required, and doing so puts the booking outside our protection.
