House rules
- • Rent and security deposit must be paid on or before the due date every month. Maintain cleanliness and keep your room and common areas neat at all times. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the PG. Visitors are allowed only during permitted hours and with prior permission from the management. Maintain silence during night hours to avoid disturbing other residents. Any damage to PG property will be charged to the resident responsible. Switch off lights, fans, ACs, and other electrical appliances when not in use. Respect fellow residents and staff; abusive behavior, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated. Inform the management in advance if you plan to stay away overnight or vacate the PG. All residents must follow the PG management's rules and cooperate to maintain a safe, secure, and friendly environment for everyone.
