We focus on creating a peaceful atmosphere where residents can study, work, and relax with ease. Important, about the Five Sharing option: these beds are in one large shared dormitory hall that sleeps 20 people in total. The hall is listed as 4 Five Sharing units of 5 beds each so you can book bed by bed, but all 20 beds share the same open hall, they are not separate enclosed rooms. Please book this option only if you are comfortable staying in a dormitory hall.

• • Rule:- * An advance of Rs. 2000 will be taken while booking the bed. *Affidavit, Aadhar card photocopy and passport photo will be taken at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled for any reason, 50% of the amount will be refunded. * If you vacate the room in the first month after paying the advance, the rent for that month will be considered as Rs. 2000. If the rent is late after the month is paid, an additional rent of Rs. 20 per day will be charged. Even then, 8 If the rent is not received within 24 hours, the room will be made to be vacated. If family members or friends come, they will be allowed to stay for one day, after which they will be charged Rs. 100 per day to move out. If you leave the room without giving timely notice, the full rent for that month will be charged. No electronic devices other than mobile laptops can be used in the room.
